Thomson Reserve is a 1,268-unit, 99-year leasehold condominium at Bright Hill Drive in Upper Thomson (District 20), jointly developed by CapitaLand Development, UOL Group and Singapore Land Group. A 15 October 2026 news release from UOL and CapitaLand Development set public previews from 17 October and the official launch for 31 October, with a sheltered walkway to Upper Thomson MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. Business Times reported on 1 November that the developers' statement for that day put launch-weekend sales at 1,143 of 1,268 units, about 90 percent, at an average selling price of S$2,900 per square foot. The same statement, as quoted by Business Times, said most buyers were Singaporeans buying for their own stay or investment, and that the project drew 32,000 visitors over two weekends of public preview. EdgeProp Singapore, citing the same joint statement, dates those sales to the VIP preview on 30 October and launch day on 31 October.

A per-configuration sales table was not published by the developers. The Edge Singapore noted that UOL and CapitaLand Development did not share sales data by unit type. Business Times quotes PropNex chief executive Kelvin Fong saying the three-bedroom and four-bedroom units were fully sold at launch and that most five-bedroom units were taken up. That sold-out claim for three- and four-bedroom stock is attributed to Fong via Business Times, not to a developer breakdown. Per-type counts circulating on listing sites are left out here for the same reason.

Business Times places the result against a weaker September launch. Nicholas Mak of Mogul.sg, quoted there, said Amberwood at Holland moved only 23 of the 70 units put up in its first phase over its launch weekend, or 32.9 percent. EdgeProp Singapore says the weekend was the highest launch sales volume since ParkTown Residence in Tampines North, which sold 1,041 of its 1,193 units (87 percent) in February 2025. ParkTown was also a UOL, Singapore Land and CapitaLand Development joint venture. Absolute starting prices in the 15 October unveil release were S$1.544 million for a 592 sq ft two-bedroom, S$2.503 million for a 947 sq ft three-bedroom, and S$3.388 million for a 1,238 sq ft four-bedroom. Those are list-start figures from before launch weekend, not the S$2,900 psf average reported after it.
